They have some really cute stuff and I did like browsing around, but... the prices felt a bit higher than I expected. Not bad overall, just kinda pricey

It looked really cute at first, which is why I went for it, but I’m a little disappointed. The fabric felt thin, and the seams started coming loose way too quickly. I wish I’d spent my money on something better quality.

I ordered a dress and, uh, realized I picked the wrong size, which was totally on me. I emailed them about it and they got back to me the same day with really clear steps for doing the exchange.

I sent it back and they shipped out the new size quickly. There was no drama at all, and the refund for the price difference came through too. really happy with how simple the whole thing was...

It got here way faster than I thought it would. Shipping was smooth, no problems at all. Just had a good feeling about the order, and it turned out fine.

I had to reach out to lacemade.com because my tracking wasn’t updating for a while, and I was starting to wonder if my order was just, anyway, they did get back to me eventually. The person replying was nice and polite, but every response took a few days, which got a little frustrating when I just wanted a clear update.

In the end, the issue got sorted out and my package did arrive, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the replies had been quicker and maybe a bit more direct. Overall, it was okay, nothing terrible, but not exactly smooth either

I mean, it’s really cute, but the fit was a little tighter than I expected. I’m not totally sure if it’s just the style, but I’d probably size up if you’re between sizes.

I really like the style of their dresses. They’re super cute and feel a little different from what you usually see. The lace details are really without looking boring or overdone. I also got my order confirmation and receipt by email right away, which was nice. I’d definitely buy from them again
